Billing Information & Updates
Editing your billing information in GinzaMetrics is easy. From your Account Dashboard (this is the dashboard where you can access a complete listing of all sites you are tracking) visit the “Edit Billing Info” link in your Account Summary.
From here, you can enter new payment information or change your billing address.
One of the most common reasons for billing issues is expired credit cards. We recommend checking the billing information and expiration date here first when billing problems arise.
