Getting Started with the GinzaMetrics API

The API is available to all customers, but you will need to request an API key from the GinzaMetrics support team. Please email support@ginzametrics.com to request your API key.

Finding Your Key

Once you have been granted access, you can access your API key by going to your user settings page.

On your settings page, at the bottom of the screen, find your API key.

Making Requests

The API is language agnostic and can easily be tested using cURL:

The response should look something like this:

API Architecture

The API is actually divided into several APIs and is continuously being expanded. The existing APIs are as follows:

  • Keyword Reporting API
  • Optimization API
  • Account Management API

Changes to the API will be posted on the API changelog.

API Feature Requests

Because the API methods are still being added to the current version (v3.0), there may be functionality that exists in the GinzaMetrics Dashboard that is not yet available in the API. If this is the case, please contact your Account Manager and we will contact you to discuss roadmap and integration timing.
