Below is an explanation of how our web crawlers and data integration systems work, with an approximate schedule. These times are not guaranteed and we have occasional outages, however, these are rare.
Once you add your website and keywords, we immediately begin to process your keyword rankings. We will send you an email when they are ready. Any time you add new keywords, we immediately begin to process them. Depending on how much work our servers are performing, it could take anywhere from a few hours to almost a day to run, but it is generally pretty quick.
Once we have processed your keywords, we check your rankings again once every 24 hours.
When we receive or discover new pages from your website, we immediately begin to run our site audit on them. Once we have processed it for the first time, we will then check your website once again every 7 days. If this is not often enough for you, we will be providing additional options in the near future so please email us if you are interested.
Regardless of which analytics system you use (Google Analytics, Omniture SiteCatalyst, etc.), we import your data on a daily basis.
