As a Ginzametrics user you can have multiple Ginza Accounts to manage different sites, with different plans and share access to the data with different users. Your account settings are separated from your site settings and are easily accessible from the top navigation bar:
Also in your account settings are Account Summary, Account Usage and Support Modules.
Your Account Summary module provides:
- Your account name
- Current plan type
- Access to your billing information
- Link to your payment history (where you can access and print invoices)
The Account Usage module gives you a glimpse of:
- Current sites connected
- Total GinzaMetrics users
- Total active keywords
- Number of keywords remaining
The Support module is your access point to the GinzaMetrics customer support email address and link to the Support Center on the website.
